What is the National Heat Fund?
The National Heat Fund is a government initiative to help homeowners make their homes sustainable. Via the Energy Saving Loan you can finance energy-saving measures with very favourable conditions — including replacing windows with insulating glass.

Installation and payment
After approval, the Heat Fund pays the invoice directly from the building deposit to Filplast.
Apply for subsidy
After installation, apply for ISDE subsidy. You can use this for extra repayment.
Conditions
Limited borrowing capacity? Ask about the Combinatielening.
For owner-occupants who cannot easily borrow elsewhere, Warmtefonds offers the Combinatielening. For the first 5 years you pay nothing — the fund subsidises the repayment during this period.
Who is it for? Households with lower income or limited credit capacity at regular banks.
